The bottom two sides in Group F clash in Prague on Wednesday. Anything less than a victory will see Slavia eliminated from the competition, while Inter will be desperate to claim all three points and keep their qualification hopes alive.
Slavia have picked up two points from their four games and sit bottom of Group F. Inter are one place and two points ahead of the Czech club.
After landing in a group with European heavyweights Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund, and Inter, the fact that Slavia can still qualify for the Round of 16 at this stage in the competition is a shock.
However, Slavia must take maximum points from their next two games to stand any chance of progressing.
As for Inter, they rescued a dramatic late draw with Slavia on Matchday 1. They lost their second group game at the Camp Nou, before bouncing back with an impressive home win over Dortmund on Matchday 3.
The Italian side threw away a two-goal lead to lose 3-2 to Dortmund in the previous round. Lautaro Martinez and Matias Vecino gave Inter a comfortable lead before half-time, but a second-half collapse saw the German giants turn the game on its head.
Things have been going a lot better for Inter domestically. The Milan side have only lost one of their 13 league games this term, and sit just one point behind Juventus in the table.
Antonio Conte’s men come into this match on the back of a convincing 3-0 win at Torino. Romelu Lukaku scored his tenth goal of the season, while Martinez got on the scoresheet once again. The forwards have established themselves as one of the most potent attacking duos in European football.
Slavia are also flying in the Czech First League. They are unbeaten in 17 league games this term and have already opened up an 11-point gap at the top of the table. Remarkably, they have only conceded three league goals in 2019/20
Inter have a length injury list. Roberto Gagliardini, Stefano Sensi and Nicolo Barella are all sidelined at the moment, while Alexis Sanchez remains a long-term absentee.

Slavia will be without David Hovorka as he continues to recover from a serious knee injury.
The two teams shared the points in their previous meeting and we could see the same result this time around.
Forebet predicts that Slavia will once again hold Inter. Both teams are likely to score, but it could be difficult for either side to find a winner.
