On Saturday afternoon, Hoffenheim host struggling Eintracht Frankfurt at the PreZero Arena in the Bundesliga.
After a slight wobble in form in November and December, Hoffenheim now look to be back on track in the Bundesliga following back-to-back wins over Union Berlin and Dortmund. The victories moved Alfred Schreuder’s team to within three points of the Champions League spots in the German top-flight.
The home side has kept everybody entertained of late in their Bundesliga games, as seven of their last nine league matches have produced over 2.5 goals. Both teams have also scored in six of Hoffenheim’s last seven league matches.

Schreuder’s team has struggled for any sort of form on home soil of late, as they have won just one of their last four Bundesliga outings at the PreZero Arena. A 2-1 win over Dortmund in their home league game ended a three-game winless run in the Bundesliga on home soil.
Another negative for Hoffenheim is the fact that they have won just one of the last nine meetings with Frankfurt.
Eintracht Frankfurt are experiencing a poor campaign. In fact, the visitors are just three points clear of the relegation play-off spot in the German top-flight.
A 2-1 defeat at Paderborn in their last Bundesliga game of 2019 means that Adi Hutter’s team has failed to win in seven league games, suffering six defeats in the process.
A leaky defence has been at the heart of their recent problems in the German top-flight, as the visitors have conceded at least twice in five of their last six league outings.
Frankfurt’s recent away form has had a big effect on their league position, as they have suffered defeat in nine of their last ten matches on the road in the Bundesliga.
Forebet predicts that Hoffenheim will continue their winning run in the Bundesliga by recording a victory in a high-scoring clash.
