There's just two Bundesliga games left of the season as Wolfsburg and Freiburg battle in a huge game for a spot inside the top six European spots in 2022/23 as the home side aims to get their Champions League quest back on track.
After sitting fourth for most of the season, Freiburg have dropped down into fifth and are seeing their Champions League dream fade by the week. In fact, they've now lost three times in the past three games and lost against sides above them in the table.

Worse yet, Freiburg also lost to RB Leipzig in their clash in the DFB-Pokal semi-finals at the start of this month in a game that saw the club hammered 5-1.
They then met with Leipzig in the league and lost at home again in a 1-0 loss, and this saw them lose their cup spot and fourth position in the Bundesliga within four days.
The club met with Union Berlin last time out in a 4-2 defeat in the German capital. Manuel Gulde scored that day before another finish from Vincenzo Grifo. However, by this point, Freiburg were already 3-0 down and lost the game 4-2.
It leaves them behind Union in fourth by three points and although they meet with sixth-placed Wolfsburg just below them in this one, the club are heading into the game with a gap of seven points on them.
Wolfsburg are heading into this one with three fewer losses than Freiburg and they have also now lost nine times too. The club have managed to move back into sixth after being outside of the European spots for so much of this campaign, as they beat Hoffenheim 2-1 last time out.
The Wolves were, however, beaten by Borussia Dortmund 6-0 just before that win. On the other hand, they beat Bochum 5-1 before that and Mainz 3-0 too. It means just that one loss to Dortmund in the past month for Wolfsburg.
These two met back in the first game back after the winter and World Cup break back in January. It saw Wolfsburg run out 6-0 winners in a stunning win that saw Patrick Wimmer net after one minute before a first half brace from Jonas Wind.
Yannick Gerhardt also scored after 56 minutes before finishes from Luca Waldschmidt and Ridle Baku.
