Flick will be without the duo of Douglas Costa and Leon Goretzka. The players have missed large chunks of the campaign with injuries – especially Costa. His move from Juventus has been a bust this season.
Augsburg’s Noah Bazee is ruled out of the game while Felix Uduokhai is also set to miss the game. Ruben Vargas will miss the fixture due to a suspension.
The Fuggerstädter’s last win against Bayern Munich in the Bundesliga came in the 2014-15 season. Since then, Augsburg have failed to win 12 straight games in all competitions versus Die Roten.
Bayern Munich claimed a 1-0 win earlier this season against Augsburg. Robert Lewandowski scored the only goal of the game in the 13th minute from the penalty spot.
Augsburg played the champions strongly in the reverse fixture. They will want to finish the campaign on a high note.
