Although Altyn Asyr’s recent home record has been slightly inconsistent in the top-flight, they have won eight of their last ten home matches. The home side has also scored at least twice in all eight victories on home soil.
Ahal have made a perfect start to the Yokary Liga campaign, recording four wins out of four games, without conceding a goal, while also scoring at least twice in three of their first four matches this season. Last time out, the visitors recorded a 1-0 win at Kopetdag Ashgabat.
The victory means that Ahal are unbeaten in 11 league matches dating back to last season, having recorded nine victories. The visitors have also been prolific in their most recent league outings, as they have found the net at least twice in six of their last eight league matches.
Another positive for Ahal is that they are unbeaten in five away games in the Turkmenistan top-flight.
