Torpedo Zhodino have made a solid start to this new Belarus top flight campaign as the hosts have suffered just 1 defeat from their first 5 matches of this new season, and with the upcoming visit of Rukh Brest this Sunday, Zhodino will no doubt be looking to add to their points tally here.

Onto Rukh Brest and the visitors currently sit mid-table in 9th place on the Vysshaya Liga ladder prior to this upcoming fixture away from home at Torpedo Zhodino with Brest looking to build upon last weekend’s 1-0 home win over FC Minsk.
Overall, Rukh Brest have made a mixed start to this season’s Vysshaya Liga campaign as they’ve captured 2 wins, drawn 1 and lost 2 of their first 5 matches of this new term; wins against Dinamo Minsk and FC Minsk have been cancelled out by defeats to Energetyk BGU and BATE though.
With this being Rukh Brest’s first ever season in the Belarus top flight there’s very limited data in terms of previous results, but having recorded a 1-0 win at Dinamo Minsk, the visitors have since failed to win their next two matches on their travels following defeat at BATE 1-0 and a draw at Slavia Mozyr 0-0.

This therefore looks a tough assignment for Rukh Brest as they’ll be up against a pretty solid Torpedo Zhodino outfit in their own backyard, and especially as the hosts will be keen to re-capture top spot in the Vysshaya Liga.
