Slovenia will look to improve their chances of qualifying for Euro 2020 when they visit North Macedonia on Thursday night. The home side are not out of contention for qualification either.

Slovenia are in a good position to qualify for next years European Championships. In fact, a win in this clash would keep the visitors in contention to top the group.
The visitors made a poor start to their qualifying campaign, but have now recorded three straight victories, scoring at least twice. Last time out, they recorded a vital 3-2 home win over Israel.
Slovenia have a poor away record in qualifying for Euro 2020, as they have won two of their last seven matches on their travels in European Championships qualification. However, they recorded a 5-0 win in Latvia in their last away match. Their recent away qualifiers have been low-scoring, with under 2.5 goals scored in four of their last five matches.
