Lyon have been highly entertaining to watch in recent seasons in Ligue One. OL have started the new Ligue One campaign in prolific form in attack too. They opened the campaign by recording a 3-0 win at Monaco before hammering Angers 6-0 last time out in the league.
The visitor’s prowess in front of goal this season will not come as a major surprise, as they were also lethal in front of goal last season. In fact, OL have now registered two or more goals in their last eight Ligue One matches.

Dutch winger Memphis Depay and striker Moussa Dembele have played a key part in OL’s recent scoring exploits.
Both forwards have already found the net three times in Ligue One. If they continue in the current vein of form, then they could very well fire Lyon into a title challenge.
However, it is not only in attack that Lyon have been producing the goods of late. OL have now kept clean sheets in four of their last five matches in the French top-flight.
Montpellier was highly inconsistent last season and the team have begun the new season by losing 1-0 against Rennes and drawing 1-1 Bordeaux. The poor start to their campaign in the French top-flight means that they have not won in four league games dating back to last season.
They also have a poor home record, as they have failed to win in their last three matches in Ligue One. One positive is that they have lost just once in seven home matches in the French top-flight.
