In the early hours of Friday (GMT), Dallas FC host DC United at the Toyota Stadium in Frisco, as both teams look to stay on course to make the MLS play-offs this season.
The competition for play-off spots in the West is tough, as Dallas are currently fourth in the standings, but are just three points clear of eighth-place Real Salt Lake.
DC United are in a very strong position in the East, as the team from the capital are second in the standings, just a point behind Philadelphia Union in the table. They look like a shoo-in for the play-offs this season after a decent campaign so far.

Despite both teams occupying top-seven spots in their respective conferences, both of these sides form has been unconvincing of late.
In fact, the visitors have won just once in their last seven MLS outings. However, the story for United has been too many draws of late, as they have drawn five of those seven aforementioned matches.
Dallas have won just once in their last four MLS matches. Last time out, the home side suffered a 1-0 defeat in Portland. The defeat ended an unbeaten run of four games.
DC United’s main strength this season has been in defence, as only Atlanta United and Los Angeles FC have conceded fewer goals than the visitors 19 in the US top-flight.
The visitors may be higher than the home side in the standings in MLS, but Dallas have enjoyed the better of recent meetings between the pair, winning four of the last six meetings in the US top-flight.
It seems heading into this clash that in terms of form, neither sides form has been great of late. Therefore, it is of little surprise that Forebet predicts that this clash will end in an entertaining draw.
