Inter Milan heads to Lecce this weekend with the Serie A league leaders already nine clear of Juventus in second place.

Better yet, combined with their excellent league form, Inter also defeated Atletico Madrid 1-0 in the Champions League in midweek thanks to a late finish from Marko Arnautovic.
Back in the league, Inter are also on a six-game winning run and have even squeezed in a Supercoppa Italian triumph in this spree too, defeating Lazio 3-0 in the semi-finals before a 1-0 win over Napoli in the final.
Genoa were the last team to take points from Inter in Serie A all the way back in mid-December, and they have since gone on to defeat Hellas Verona and Monza by scoring a combined seven goals and letting in too before the Supercoppa Italiana games.
Simeone Inzaghi's men also won away to Fiorentina in Florence shortly after, as they recorded their best win of the season over Juventus to move way clear of the Old Lady in second.
Inzaghi has also seen his side come back to win in the capital by beating Roma 4-2, as they also managed to defeat Salernitana 4-0 last weekend.
That win saw a goal each from Lautaro Martinez, Arnautovic, Denzel Dumfries and Marcus Thuram.
Stunningly, Inter didn't face a single shot on target from Salernitana and had 26 shots of their own, 10 on target, and 73% of the ball.
Lecce are not in the clear right now with a four-point gap on Hellas Verona in 18th, and the tight battle to survive sees all those in the bottom seven well within a chance of facing the drop.
Lecce have scored only 24 goals this season, and they are coming into this game with just one win in 2024 after a narrow 3-2 win at home to Fiorentina.
They've since gone on to lose 4-0 to Bologna and also suffer a 2-0 defeat at home to Torino.
