On Saturday morning, Jordan and South Korea clash at the Al Thumama Stadium in what could be a vital game in Group E of the Asian Cup.
Hussein Ammouta’s team kicked off their Group E campaign with a 4-0 hammering of Malaysia, which was enough to take them to the top of the group standings.

The victory was a much-needed one, too, as Jordan has won just two of their last ten international matches, suffering six defeats in the poor recent run.
Their recent outings have at least been high-scoring, with over 2.5 goals scored in 12 of their last 14 outings.
The opening game win continued Jordan’s decent recent record in the Asian Cup, as they are now five games unbeaten in the competition in 90 minutes.

The Taegeuk Warriors opened their Group E campaign with a 3-1 win over Bahrain.
