Sweden will be aiming to move on from the dreadful display against Azerbaijan during the week that saw the country fall to their fourth defeat in Group F ahead of a meeting against the winless Estonia.

The Swedes are unable to qualify for Euro 2024 after a terrible campaign sees the country with just seven points from seven games.

In fact, it’s one of their worst qualifying campaigns in recent memory and it now means it will be the first time the country has not qualified for the European Championships since 1996 when they failed to do so back in England.

Things were made even worse for Sweden when they were stunned by Azerbaijan in the last outing, as they conceded three goals in the second half of a 3-0 loss.

They did, however, defeat Moldova in the match before that with a brace from Jesper Karlsson and a goal from Gustaf Lagerbielke.

Sweden have also already beaten Estonia with ease after a 5-0 thrashing over at the A. Le Coq Arena.

Alexander Isak scored that day in the first half, but he is now injured for this international break after picking up a problem at Newcastle.

Robin Quaison, Vikto Claesson, Dejan Kulusevski and Viktor Gyokeres all scored goals that day too.

In total, however, Janne Andersson's side have lost four games at these qualifiers, losing to Austria twice, Azerbaijan and also suffering a defeat to Belgium back on matchday one in a 3-0 home loss which all but set the tone for this qualification process.

Sweden have also scored as many goals as they have conceded with 12 each.

As for Estonia, while they are not the worst side at these Euro 2024 Qualifiers because of the lack of goals from San Marino and Liechtenstein, they have still only scored twice and failed to win a single one of the seven games.

They were once again beaten in midweek after two first half goals from Austria.

The only goals they have scored have been in a 1-1 draw with Azerbaijan back in June, as Rauno Sappinen scored, as he also bagged in the 2-1 loss to Austria just a few days prior as well.

Estonia, as expected sit bottom of Group F with just that one draw to their name, as they've also let in 20 goals - only San Marino, Liechtenstein, Cyprus and Gibraltar have conceded more.

Forebet predicts a win for Sweden and over 2.5 goals.
