On Monday night, La Liga’s surprise package of the season so far, Girona, travel to Andalusia to face Granada.
The home team has made a disappointing, to say the least, start to the new La Liga campaign, as they have lost three of their opening four league matches while conceding at least two goals in each of the losses.

Their poor form has not only started this season, though, as Granada has won just once in their last six league matches dating back to last season, having suffered four defeats in the run.
Granada’s recent home form has not been disastrous in the Spanish top flight, as they have lost just once in their previous five home games.
However, on the flip side, the Andalusians have also won just two of their last 12 home games in La Liga.
The Catalan team has taken ten points from their opening four league games of the new season. A 1-0 home win over Las Palmas last time out was their third straight victory in the Spanish top-flight.
Their stellar start to the campaign means that only league leaders Real Madrid have picked up more points in La Liga this season.
Girona’s recent league outings have been relatively high-scoring, with over 2.5 goals scored in seven of their previous ten matches in La Liga.
The visitors have not been ultra-consistent on their travels, but they have lost just one of their previous six away games in the Spanish top flight.
Although their recent away games haven’t all been high-scoring, both teams have scored in their last five away matches in La Liga.
Forebet predicts that Girona’s stellar start to the season will continue in Andalusian, with the visitors recording a victory in a high-scoring encounter.
