On Thursday evening, FC Riga and Vikingur Reykjavik go head-to-head in the Europa Conference League first qualifying round first leg.
The Latvian team heads into this clash in good form, as they are currently unbeaten in four competitive games, having recorded three wins and a draw.

Unlike many European leagues, the Latvian Virsliga is still running, with FC Riga topping the table.
The fact that their league is in mid-season means that the home side should be able to avoid any rustiness caused by a lack of competitive action.
Riga has a decent recent record in the Europa Conference League, as they have won four of their previous six games in the competition. A 4-0 defeat at Gil Vicente last season ended their campaign at the third qualifying stage.
The team from the Latvian capital is also unbeaten in their previous four home matches in the competition, having recorded two wins and two draws.
Like the home team, Vikingur Reykjavik is still in the midst of their top-flight domestic season and currently sits top of the Urvalsdeild.
Also, like their opponents, Vikingur Reykjavik has been in decent form of late, as they are unbeaten in their previous six matches in all competitions, having recorded four victories and two draws.
They have also been prolific in front of goal of late, scoring at least two goals in their previous 11 matches.
Vikingur Reykjavik has only featured in four games in the Europa Conference League, with mixed results.
However, the Icelandic team have not suffered a defeat in 90 minutes of the competition, although a 4-1 extra-time loss against Lech Poznan in last season's third qualifying round saw them exit the competition.
With both teams in decent form, it is no surprise that Forebet predicts that this encounter will produce a high-scoring draw.
