Barcelona come into the game on the back of a disappointing 3-1 defeat at relegation threatened Real Valladolid on Tuesday night.
It took just 2 minutes for the hosts to open the scoring and Real Valladolid doubled their advantage 20 minutes later. Real Valladolid secured all 3 points with a third goal in the 73rd minute but Barcelona did pull one goal back with 6 minutes remaining on the clock.
The defeat at Real Valladolid was the second successive defeat for Barcelona in the league following the 2-1 home loss at the hands of Real Sociedad. Barcelona found themselves 2-0 down before scoring a consolation goal at the end.

Mallorca make the trip to the Camp Nou having beat Valencia 1-0 at home on Thursday night. The only goal of the game was scored in the 64th minute and the victory means Mallorca could finish well inside the top half of the table this season.
