On Tuesday night, Cambridge United and Curzon Ashton clash in an FA Cup first-round replay as both teams look to book their place in the next round of the competition.
The first game between these two teams produced a goalless draw, but there has to be a winner from the tie on Tuesday.
The home team have been in poor form of late in general, as United heads into this clash on the back of just one win in their previous five games in all competitions. Scoring goals has been a major problem for Cambridge of late, as they have failed to score in five of their last seven competitive matches.

Their home record is also a poor one of late, as the U’s have won just one of their previous six matches on home soil in all competitions, including suffering four defeats in their last six home games. Cambridge has also failed to score in five of their last six matches on home soil.
Similarly to their hosts, Curzon Ashton heads into this encounter on a poor recent run of form, as they have failed to win any of their last five matches, including the goalless game in the reverse fixture.
Also, like their hosts, the visitors have struggled to find the net in recent games, failing to score in four of their previous five games in all competitions. A lack of goals has contributed to under 2.5 goals being scored in seven of their last eight matches.
The reverse fixture at least meant that Curzon Ashton are unbeaten in five games in the FA Cup. They are also unbeaten in their previous three away games in the famous old competition.
Forebet predicts that Cambridge will record a narrow victory in a low-scoring game to progress to round two of the competition.
