Frank Lampard’s Everton are on the up once more following a dip in form. The Toffees are unbeaten in back-to-back Premier League games ahead of Leicester City’s arrival at Goodison Park on Saturday.

Brendan Rodgers’ team is 18th in the Premier League standings and one point off relegation safety. The Foxes suffered a 1-0 defeat to Man City last weekend at home. The defeat ended a three-game unbeaten run.

Everton are unbeaten in their last six games versus Leicester City with three wins and three draws. They outscored Leicester City 10-6 across their last six fixtures. Last season, Everton picked up a 1-1 home draw versus Leicester before going to the King Power Stadium and winning 2-1.

The Toffees took seven points from the last six games in the Premier League, with six goals for and six against. Lampard has made the side difficult to defeat at Goodison Park. Everton picked up eight points from their opening six home games, losing just two of those matches.

Leicester City took 10 points from their last six games in the league. The Foxes’ form has improved, but it couldn’t have been much worse.

The defence has improved immensely over the last six games. Leicester City conceded just three times in the last six matches, while the attack scored 11 goals.

Leicester City took just three points from six road games. They lost their initial five away matches, but Leicester won their most recent road fixture, 4-0, at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Lampard has three players in the treatment room at Goodison Park ahead of the fixture. Ben Godfrey is out with a calf/shin injury, and Andros Townsend has a knee injury and won’t play. Centre-back Yerry Mina is also out following an ankle injury.

The injuries have eased for Rodgers. He could have defender Jonny Evans back from a calf problem. However, full-backs Ryan Bertrand and Ricardo Pereira will both miss the game with leg injuries.

There were over 2.5 goals in Leicester's last six away Premier League games. Although the team’s defence has improved, Saturday’s match at Everton should finish with more than 2.5 goals scored.

Everton are playing well at home and should post a win at full-time. The Toffees could pick up a 3-1 win at home. The Premier League has had 3.97% of its matches end as 3-1 home wins this season. Five of 126 league games ended 3-1 in favour of the home team.
