After a loss to Napoli in a crucial Serie A battle last weekend, Roma will travel to Hellas Verona this weekend in Italy’s top fight with the home side sitting 19th in the league in what is now beginning to be quite a struggle for Salvatore Bocchetti's men.

Verona have now not won a game since beating fellow relegation fighters Sampdoria almost two months ago.

In fact, they have scored just four goals since then and let in 12 goals, with two coming within each of their past six games, all of which have been losses too.

The club did have a chance to move up the table in the recent game against Sassuolo, as they were out of form too.

However, they lost 2-1 for the fourth game in a row, as Salernitana, AC Milan and Udinese all did the same to them. Fiorentina and Lazio beat them 2-0 in the weeks following on from the 2-1 win over Sampdoria.

That win remains the club's only one so far, and with two draws in Serie A as well, they have lost the most games in the league with eight losses.

Only Cremonese, Sampdoria, Spezia and Lecce have scored fewer goals in the league too.

As for Roma, they edged past HJK in the Europa League on Thursday evening with Tammy Abraham getting a rare goal this season as he looks to improve on his form.

Jose Mourinho's side are now fifth in Serie A, and with them looking comfortable in the Europa League too, they are still hanging their heads high this season.

The loss to Napoli in Serie A, however, has all but thrown them out of the title race early on, as they are seven points adrift of the league leaders and four behind the champions in second, AC Milan.

There is still a long way to go, but with the likes of Abraham struggling, the club as a whole are too in terms of making a name for themselves in this league season.

Roma have still won seven games so far this campaign, drawing just one other game in a 1-1 draw away to Juventus.

They are, however, two points behind city rivals, Lazio, and they will need to win here if they are to make sure they get into the top four ahead of the World Cup break that is soon to come.

Mourinho's side are still looking excellent in defence though, and Forebet predicts a win here for them and over 2.5 goals in the game.
