16th-placed Leeds United will meet with ninth-placed Fulham this weekend in the Premier League with the Cottagers now an impressive six points clear of the relegation zone just as the Whites are outside of the bottom three by only goals difference.
It's been a topsy-turvy season for Leeds and they are still above the drop zone. This comes after scoring 11 times and letting in 15 to give them a goals difference of -4 heading into this one, which forces them ahead of Aston Villa, Wolves, Leicester City and Nottingham Forest below them.

At the same time, the Whites have a game in hand on everyone in the bottom half and they could find themselves as high as 13th if they win this game in hand and other results go their way.
However, this all still doesn't come without an awful lot of pressure on Jesse Marsch. Steven Gerrard was sacked in midweek after Fulham beat Aston Villa, and the Cottagers could also hand the final blow to the American here at the helm of the Elland Road club. In fact, Leeds have not been able to progress at all from their excellent start to the season.
The Yorkshire side have not won a game in the Premier League since way back in August when they managed to defeat Chelsea 3-0 in one of their best-ever Premier League results.
They also managed to defeat Wolves just two weeks before that, which means they have now managed to win just two games all league season long and have not tasted victory in seven Premier League games.
In fact, Leeds have now lost three in a row after losing to Crystal Palace, Arsenal and Leicester City within the past three fixtures. If they can’t win here, Marsch may be the next manager to leave the Premier League.
As for Fulham, they destroyed Villa in midweek in a clinical 3-0 display. They now sit ninth in the table and only four points behind fifth-placed Manchester United.
Fulham have netted an impressive 19 goals so far this season, which is four more than third-placed Chelsea.
What's more, they have still managed to let in 20 goals this season and have nothing to shout about on the defensive front as Bernd Leno continues to get worked every game.
