Next up is a clash between two clubs at either ends of the Spanish top flight table as 4th placed Osasuna play host to third from bottom visitors, Getafe, when the teams meet at the Estadio El Sadar on Sunday lunchtime, with the hosts searching for a third league win on the trot in La Liga.

Most important (for this upcoming clash) is the fact that the former three wins were all registered on home soil at their Estadio El Sadar, while the bigger picture shows Osasuna have lost just two of their previous nine home games as well.
Having also notched up six wins in these previous nine games, Osasuna look in good shape to add to their points tally here, especially as the hosts are unbeaten in each of their last 10 meetings at home against Getafe and have made a promising start to this campaign as well.
Getafe finally got themselves off the mark in the Spanish top flight this season when they registered a welcome and much needed 2-1 home win against Real Sociedad which not only ended their winless start to this new season but also ended a run of nine games without success in La Liga overall.
Nevertheless, Getafe still find themselves sitting in the bottom three of La Liga with just the one win under their belts and they face another tough test this Sunday away at an in-form Osasuna outfit who are flying at the moment.
In addition, Getafe have managed to scrape just one win from their last 24 outings on their travels in the Spanish top flight which came in the form of a 2-0 win at Celta Vigo but the visitors have also succumbed to 14 defeats within this period as well.
Getafe have also failed to score in 13 of these previous 24 away games which has contributed to their poor form on the road and their goal-shy tendencies could again hold them back in Sunday’s clash at Osasuna.
