On Thursday evening, Lillestrom hosts SJK in the Europa Conference League second qualifying round second leg. The Norwegian outfit won the first leg 1-0 in Finland and are favourites to progress to the third qualifying round.
The home side has been in good form in recent weeks, winning four of their last five matches in all competitions, including their first leg win, which was last time out. The game was a relatively rare low-scoring game for Lillestrom, as five of their previous eight matches in all competitions have produced over 2.5 goals.

The first leg was the first time Lillestrom featured in the Europa Conference League. The home side has featured in European action in just one season since 2009. Their only European campaign since then was in season 2018/19 when they suffered elimination from the Europa League at the hands of LASK Linz in the second qualifying round. Their previous European experience was mainly in the old UEFA Cup.
The visitors have endured an inconsistent recent run of form, winning just two of their last five matches in all competitions. They currently find themselves in seventh place in their domestic league, having picked up 19 points from their opening 15 league games of the season.
The team from Finland are featuring in the Europa Conference League for the first time this season. They eliminated Flora in extra time in the first qualifying round but needed extra time to see off the Estonian team.
Their continental experience is limited, as they have featured in European action in just three seasons, appearing in the Europa League on two occasions and the Champions League in one season. They have never been past the second qualifying round of any European competition.
Forebet predicts that Lillestrom will book their place in the third qualifying round of the competition by recording a victory in a low-scoring encounter.
