The French top flight action continues on Sunday evening with the upcoming clash between 13th placed Reims and 2nd placed Marseille at the Stade Auguste-Delaune II with Marseille desperate to hold onto the second automatic Champions League qualifying spot.
Bottom half outfit, Reims, possess a comfortable looking eight-point cushion above the bottom three clubs in the French top flight which is perhaps just as well with this upcoming tough clash against Marseille despite holding supposed home advantage.

Reims have found league wins hard to come by in recent weeks in the French top flight as the hosts have captured just three victories out of their last 14 matches overall.
This came in the form of wins against Bordeaux, Monaco and Angers - the latter two wins both being away from home as well.
However, with five defeats and six draws also making up the remainder of these last 14 results, this suggests that a straight win for Reims in this encounter against Marseille looks an unlikely outcome for the hosts, especially as Reims are without a home win in their last four attempts.
While the big picture shows Reims have won just four of their previous 24 home games.
Marseille’s previously impressive four-match winning streak was brought to an abrupt end by a 2-1 defeat away from home at PSG but having collected recent wins against Brest, Nice, St Etienne and Montpellier while also scoring a total of 12 goals within this period.
Marseille look well placed to bounce back with all three points on Sunday evening at the Stade Auguste-Delaune II.
Marseille hold a three-point cushion over 3rd placed Rennes at the time of writing and the visitors will no doubt be eyeing off this fixture at Reims as an ideal opportunity to collect all three points.
And in turn keep Rennes at arms length with the prospect of a Champions League spot now becoming increasingly within reach.
The visitors have also produced steady and consistent results for the large part on their travels, losing just twice in their last 12 games on the road and keeping five clean sheets in the process as well.
Marseille are unbeaten in the last three meetings against Reims and the visitors look set for further success here this Sunday as they look to cement 2nd place.
