On Friday night, Tenerife hosts Huesca in the Segunda, as the Islanders look to keep their hopes of La Liga football next season alive.
Tenerife are currently in fourth place in the Segunda table and in the promotion play-off spots. However, they are also just five points off the automatic promotion spots in the Spanish second tier.

There is still hope left for Luis Ramis's team that they could still earn automatic promotion.
A three-game unbeaten run has certainly helped keep Tenerife in the mix. Last time out the home team recorded a 3-1 win over struggling Fuenlabrada.
The recent run of league form was badly needed after a slump in form in February and March.
The victory last time out also ended a three-game winless run on home soil for Tenerife in the Segunda.
A record of just three wins in their last nine home games in the Spanish second tier illustrates their recent inconsistency on home soil.
Huesca still has an outside chance of making the Segunda promotion play-offs after a good recent run of league form.
However, the visitors are nine points adrift of the league’s top six, despite a recent five-game unbeaten run in the Spanish second tier.
Last time out, Huesca drew 1-1 with Real Zaragoza. The game followed a low-scoring trend for the visitors of late, as six of their last seven league matches have produced under 2.5 goals.
Huesca has a mixed recent away record in the Segunda winning just three of their last nine matches on their travels.
However, the visitors have recorded back-to-back away wins in the Spanish second tier against Malaga and Fuenlabrada.
Forebet predicts that this clash will end in a low-scoring draw, which would do very little for either team’s hopes of earning promotion to La Liga for next season.
