Arsenal have the chance to secure five consecutive Premier League victories when Leicester City travel to the capital on Sunday.

The Gunners’ hot streak has seen them climb to fourth in the table – one point clear of fifth-place Manchester United. Crucially, they have three games in hand on the Red Devils.

As for the Foxes, they find themselves in twelfth place. Not only are they 15 points shy of Arsenal, but they are also 12 points outside the top six.

Arsenal beat Watford 3-2 last time out, thanks to well-taken goals from Martin Odergaard, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli.

That was their fourth successive Premier League win, having seen off Wolves on two occasions last month – as well as Brentford.

When you look at the bigger picture, Mikel Arteta’s men have lost just one of their last ten league outings – picking up eight wins and a draw along the way.

With several games in hand over all the other top-four hopefuls, the Gunners are in pole position to secure Champions League football for next season.

By contrast, Leicester can only dream of the Champions League at the moment. Their chances of getting into the top four have all but disappeared over the past few months.

The Foxes have managed to win just nine of their 25 Premier League matches this season, recording six draws and ten losses in the process.

It is worth noting that Brendan Rodgers’ side have upped their game recently, though, notching back-to-back wins over Burnley and Leeds United.

Still, there is no hiding from the fact that Leicester have won just two of their previous 11 away games across all competitions.

Head-to-head: The Foxes have only managed to win one of their last five Premier League meetings with Arsenal.

The Gunners have won three of their previous four Premier League matches against Leicester, scoring over 1.5 goals in each of those victories.

Team news: Arsenal will be without the injured Takehiro Tomiyasu on Sunday. Emile Smith Rowe is also a doubt due to COVID-19.

Leicester's long-term injury list features a number of key players, including Jonny Evans, Wesley Fofana, James Justin, Ryan Bertrand and Timothy Castagne.

When you couple Arsenal’s current form with their recent record in this fixture, all the signs point towards a home win on Sunday.

Forebet predicts that Arsenal will notch their fifth straight Premier League victory this weekend, scoring over 1.5 goals in the process.
