Juventus are undefeated in 15 straight matches in all competitions against city rival Torino. Earlier this season, the Bianconeri won 1-0 against Torino in the first Turin Derby.

On Friday night, Juventus are aiming for a second win of the season in the derby and to solidify their top-four place.

Torino’s last win against Juventus was during the 2014-15 season. Il Toro are in a poor state of form heading into the derby with three straight games ending without a win.

Although form often goes out the window in a derby, Torino’s form could be an indicator of another loss to Juventus.

Juventus are undefeated in 14 straight matches in all competitions. After a poor start to the Serie A campaign, Massimiliano Allegri has sorted out the side. Juventus are in fourth place ahead of the Friday night match with Torino and two points ahead of fifth-place Atalanta.

Allegri has three players on the injured list ahead of the match on Friday. Federico Chiesa is ruled out for the remainder of the campaign with a long-term knee injury.

Federico Bernardeschi is also ruled out of the game following a hamstring injury. Giorgio Chiellini has calf injury and is a major doubt. Allegri will aim for the victory at home, but the coach won’t risk any player with a Champions League round of 16 first leg match with Villarreal up next week.

January signing Dusan Vlahovic hit the ground running with Juventus scoring on his debut. He has one goal in two games in Serie A for Juventus.

Juventus have conceded Serie A’s third-fewest goals with just 22. Torino, on the other hand, have conceded a 25, the league’s fourth-fewest. Il Toro’s defensive work has allowed them to ease into midtable this season.

Coach Ivan Juric will be without Rolando Mandragora and Sasa Lukic due to red card suspensions. Midfielders Tommaso Pobega, Dennis Praet, and Mohamed Fares are all set to miss the game through injuries.

Juventus picked up 12 points from the last 18 points available with 10 goals for and five against. Torino collected seven points from the last 18 points available. They were +1 in goals with eight scored and seven conceded.

The Bianconeri are on a great run of 14 games without a loss, while Torino are winless in three straight games – their last two finished as losses. Like the reverse fixture, this should be a close game with a single Juventus goal being the difference.

Vlahovic could be the man to get the winner. He has 21 goals in 27 games in all competitions for Fiorentina and Juventus combined.
