Lazio will be looking to keep hold of their sixth position in Serie A this season in what has been a decent turnaround in form for them as of late just as Bologna aim to get closer to the top 10 with a win here.
It has been a dismal season for Lazio this campaign as Maurizio Sarri has been struggling all season long to find some consistency with his team as they have now won 11 times, lost seven and drew six.

At the same time, they are six behind fourth-placed Juventus and can all but write off Champions League for next season with their current form.
In the league, Lazio are doing well once more as they’ve managed to claw their way from eighth into sixth in 2022.
However, following a 4-0 demolition by AC Milan in the Coppa Italia, Sarri’s side have seemingly slumped back into their ways of earlier in the season and they will now hope it’s not a sign of things to come.
Back in Serie A, however, Lazio are unbeaten in their past three games since losing to Inter Milan by the narrow margin of a 2-1 scoreline.
The club would ease past both Salernitana and Fiorentina recently, while they also drew 0-0 with Atalanta which isn’t the worst result given their league standing.
Ciro Immobile scored once more in that 3-0 win over Fiorentina which puts him as the joint top scorer in the division alongside Dusan Vlahovic, as the Italian now has 18 goals in 20 games in what is another phenomenal campaign for the striker as he chases down another Golden Boot.
Bologna, however, haven't won in 2022 following their impressive 3-0 win away to Sassuolo back in December. The club have gone on to embarrassingly lose to Cagliari 2-1, and also lose to fellow mid-table side, Hellas Verona, and draw with Empoli.
It should be a relatively comfortable and routine victory for Lazio here as Bologna are in such torrid form.
At the same time, with Immobile continuing to rack up the goals almost each week, if he is on the pitch, there is always a chance Sarri and co. move further up the table and get the win.
Forebet predicts a Lazio win here and a game that will see under 2.5 goals as they begin to chip away at the top five just as Bologna get sucked closer to the relegation zone.
