On Tuesday night, two of League One’s strugglers meet at the Keepmoat Stadium, as Doncaster Rovers host Cambridge United.
Doncaster are in the relegation zone and four points from safety in the English third tier. However, the Yorkshire outfit have games in hand on 20th place Shrewsbury Town, so the picture is maybe not as bleak as it first may seem.

A 2-1 win over Cheltenham Town last time out certainly lifted the spirits at Rovers. The win was only Doncaster third victory in 15 League One outings dating back to last season.
Despite their lowly position in the table, Doncaster have a decent recent home record, winning three and losing just one of their previous five league outings at the Keepmoat Stadium.
However, they have conceded two goals in each of their last two home matches in the English third tier.
The home team also has a good recent record against Tuesday night’s opponents, as they are five games unbeaten in the most recent meetings, having recorded four wins in the process.
Cambridge are just two points above the relegation zone after a poor recent run of league form. Mark Bonner’s team heads to the Keepmoat on a six-game winless run in League One. A 4-1 defeat at Shrewsbury Town last time out ended a run of three straight league draws.
United have found clean sheets hard to come by since winning promotion, as the visitors have kept just one clean sheet in their 13 league outings this season.
Cambridge have also struggled for away wins this season in League One, as they have won just one of their five away matches in the third tier.
Forebet predicts that Cambridge will record a narrow win in a high-scoring encounter to move further clear of the League One danger zone.
