The final match of the Round of 16 at the European Championship will take place on the 29th of June and is between Sweden and Ukraine.

Sweden caused a shock by finishing top of Group E. They started their campaign with a good 0-0 draw against Spain, the team who were expected to win the group.
Sweden were then involved in a tight match against Slovakia which was decided from the penalty spot in favour of the Swedes.
The final fixture, against Poland, was a great game and Sweden opened a two goal lead only to be pegged back to 2-2 with 6 minutes remaining.
Poland were forced to push men forward as they needed a goal to qualify for the knockout stages and Sweden hit them on the break to score the winning goal in the 94th minute.
This is the first time in their last four attempts that Sweden have managed to progress from the group stage at the European Championship.
You must go back to 2004 to find the last time they played in the quarter-final but the format of the competition was different 17 years ago.
