Two of the most inconsistent teams in the Irish Premier Division meet on Friday night, as Derry City host Bohemians at the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium.
Derry City are in the rather unusual position of eighth-place in the table. The reason for it being unusual is that the home side is just five points off the European spots, despite being third from bottom in the table. They are also ten points clear of the relegation zone.

Derry City have a woeful recent home record in the Irish top-flight, failing to win any of their previous seven matches on home soil. However, four of their last five home games in the Premier Division have finished in draws.
