Seven matchdays remain in the Serie A season, and Inter are cruising to the Scudetto.
Despite the title being sorted already, the European and relegation places are still being fought over.
Lecce and Empoli have a trend of playing low-scoring matches in Serie A. The last three encounters between these teams saw under 2.5 goals. Empoli went unbeaten in those three games, including earlier this season, when these clubs drew 1-1.

Despite not troubling the title race this season, reigning Serie A champions Napoli are on a run of good form. They took 11 points from the last 18 points on offer. The Partenopei won 4-2 away to Monza last time out.
Frosinone, on the other hand, failed to win any of their last six matches. However, they drew their last two matches against Genoa and Bologna. Both matches ended with under 2.5 goals. Frosinone are 18th and one point clear of 17th-place Hellas Verona.
Inter are on a five-match winning streak against Cagliari in all competitions. Earlier this season, Inter went to Sardinia and left with a comfortable 2-0 victory. The last three matches between these teams saw over 1.5 goals.
Cagliari are 13th but not safe from relegation. Four points separate them from the bottom three. The Islanders picked up four points from the last two games thanks to a 1-1 draw with Verona and a 2-1 win over Atalanta.
Inter won their last two Serie A games. A 2-0 victory over Empoli was followed by a 2-1 win at Udinese. No team has scored more goals than Inter (75), and no team has conceded fewer goals (15). Inter kept three clean sheets in their last six matches.
Atalanta will host Hellas Verona three days after playing Liverpool at Anfield in their Europa League quarterfinal first leg. La Dea won their last three matches against Atalanta in all competitions by a combined score of 5-1.
Atalanta won two of their last three games versus Verona by scores of 1-0. However, both of those games were played at Verona’s Bentegodi Stadium. Atalanta are not in good domestic form. They won just one of their last six games. Indeed, three of those six games were losses.
Hellas Verona are winless in their last three games, picking up just one point during that time frame. Verona are the fourth-lowest scoring team in the league (28 goals). The good news for Verona is that they are unbeaten in their last two away matches.
