Bristol City will travel to Southampton seeking to strengthen their bid for a promotion playoff place. Southampton are already in the playoff places and are aiming to stay in the top six.
The Saints are the Championship’s most in-form team. They took 14 points from the last six fixtures. Southampton tallied 11 goals and conceded six times.
Bristol City are just three points off the top six. A win and results going their way could send them into the playoff places. The Robins took 10 points from the last six games, scoring just five goals and conceding five times.
Sunderland took four points from six against Huddersfield last season in the Championship. They outscored the Terriers 3-1 across 180 minutes of football.
