Swans and Eagles to finish all-square

Swans and Eagles to finish all-square

Two of the Premier League’s out of form sides clash at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday, as both look for an elusive top-flight win.

Swansea may have drawn 1-1 with Everton last weekend, but the draw did not stop Bob Bradley’s side sinking to the bottom of the Premier League table. The Swans have failed to win any of their last 11 top-flight games, with their only top-flight win of the campaign coming at Burnley on the opening weekend of the campaign.

The Swans have also failed to win any of their last seven home games in the top-flight at the Liberty Stadium. Things are starting to look bleak for the Welsh side, as they are now five points adrift of safety.

Some fans will be encouraged by the draw last time out. However, in truth Everton are out of form and were poor in the clash.

Crystal Palace are on an even worse run than the Swans, having suffered defeat in their last five Premier League games. A big problem for the Eagles has been poor defensive displays, as they have conceded two or more goals in their last four top-flight outings.

Palace have failed to win in their last three away games and have lost the last two games, so head to south Wales in poor spirits. The Eagles head to Wales just a point above the relegation zone.

Palace’s recent form has not been great in recent months, as Alan Pardew’s men have won just five of their last 33 league games. Eagles boss Pardew is now under intense scrutiny with rumours suggesting that he may lose his job if his team suffers a defeat at lowly Swansea.

Forebet predicts a drawn between these two teams and that conclusion is hard to argue with. Both teams are in poor form and struggling to win games, so a draw is a logical conclusion.
