We have a double gameweek in Fantasy Premier League this week, with Manchester United and Brighton both playing twice in the space of four days.
On Saturday, Man Utd host Southampton before Brighton visit Watford. The two sides then go head-to-head at Old Trafford on Tuesday.
Here is the Gameweek 25 schedule in full.
High-flying Manchester City face lowly Norwich in Saturday’s late kick-off. On Sunday, Burnley welcome Liverpool to Turf Moor before West Ham travel to Leicester.
Let’s dive into the top FPL picks for Gameweek 25.
Ederson (Man City) kept yet another clean sheet last time out, taking his tally to 13 shutouts in 23 Premier League games this season. With low-scoring Norwich up next for Man City, the Brazilian is a great option.
Of course, David De Gea (Man Utd) plays twice in Gameweek 25. But United have struggled for clean sheets of late. Consider looking at alternative options such as Jose Sa (Wolves) and Aaron Ramdale (Arsenal).
Kieran Trippier (Newcastle) netted an excellent free-kick in Newcastle’s win over Everton in midweek. Eddie Howe’s side are on the up, making Trippier a solid defensive option.
As for double gameweek defenders, Harry Maguire (Man Utd), Raphael Varane (Man Utd), Lewis Dunk (Brighton) and Marc Cucurella (Brighton) are arguably the pick of the bunch.
Man City could quiet easily keep another clean sheet against Norwich, with Joao Cancelo (Man City), Aymeric Laporte (Man City) and Ruben Dias (Man City) likely to benefit.
In the previous round, Philippe Coutinho (Aston Villa) and Jacob Ramsey (Aston Villa) picked up 16 and 14 points, respectively. They are both excellent midfield options going forward.
Ryan Fraser (Newcastle), Daniel James (Leeds), Kevin De Bruyne (Man City), James Ward-Prowse (Southampton), Riyad Mahrez (Man City) and Jarrod Bowen (West Ham) also collected sizeable hauls in Gameweek 24.
If you’re looking for a double gameweek midfielder, Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd) and Leandro Trossard (Brighton) appear to be the best picks.
It goes without saying that Cristiano Ronaldo (Man Utd) will be a very popular pick this week, given that he has the potential to player 180 minutes of action.
That said, there are plenty of differential forwards enjoying great form at the moment. Teemu Pukki (Norwich), Che Adams (Southampton), Armando Broja (Southampton) and Wout Weghorst (Burnley) are all worth considering.
