    23/12/21 2806

Premier League Board can confirm that both Liverpool vs Leeds United and Wolverhampton vs Watford fixtures on 26 December had been postponed.

As it stands, seven games are scheduled to take place on Boxing Day. Newcastle and Manchester United are set to wrap up Gameweek 19 on Monday.

Here is the Gameweek 19 fixture list.

    • West Ham vs. Southampton
    • Tottenham vs. Crystal Palace
    • Norwich vs. Arsenal
    • Man City vs. Leicester
    • Burnley vs. Everton
    • Aston Villa vs. Chelsea
    • Brighton vs. Brentford
    • Newcastle vs. Man Utd

Tottenham and Liverpool treated us to a 2-2 thriller in the previous round, while Arsenal and Manchester City sealed four-goal victories over Leeds and Newcastle, respectively.

On Sunday, Man City host Leicester, while Chelsea visit Aston Villa. Brighton and Brentford go head-to-head at Falmer Stadium in the latest  kick-off.

It’s time to check out the top FPL picks for Gameweek 19.

    Goalkeepers

There were clean sheets for Ederson (Man City), Jose Sa (Wolves) and Edouard Mendy (Chelsea) in the previous round. As a result, Sa remains the highest-scoring goalkeeper in the game.

Aaron Ramsdale (Arsenal) – the second-highest scoring goalkeeper – could add to his impressive shutout tally against low-scoring Norwich this weekend.

If you’re looking for a differential goalkeeper for the busy festive period, Nick Pope (Burnley) and Lukasz Fabianski (West Ham) are both owned by less than 2.5% of FPL managers.

    Defenders

Stocking up on Man City defenders could be the way to go. Pep Guardiola’s side have kept three consecutive clean sheets, making Ruben Dias (Man City) and Joao Cancelo (Man City) great picks.

The Gunners’ centre-back duo of Gabriel (Arsenal) and Ben White (Arsenal) should also be considered. Let’s not forget that Arsenal face Norwich – the league’s lowest scorers – on Boxing Day.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Ben Davies (Tottenham), Romain Saiss (Wolves) and Ezri Konsa (Aston Villa) are among the most in-form defenders in the game right now.

    Midfielders

On the topic of in-form players, let’s talk about James Maddison (Leicester). The midfielder has bagged three goals and three assists across his previous four Premier League outings.

Gabriel Martinelli (Arsenal) is also on fire at the moment. The Brazilian youngster has chalked up four goals and two assists in his last six league games.

Top differential midfielders include Martin Odegaard (Arsenal), Raheem Sterling (Man City), Riyad Mahrez (Man City), Harvey Barnes (Leicester) and John McGinn (Aston Villa).

    Forwards

Harry Kane (Tottenham) finally hit the target last weekend. The Spurs forward is owned by less than 6% of FPL managers and is set to enjoying more success under Antonio Conte.

Emmanuel Dennis (Watford) is still the highest-scoring forward in the games, despite costing just 6.0m. Teemu Pukki (Norwich) and Josh King (Watford) are other cheap forwards to consider.

The Red Devils have a favorable run of fixtures on the horizon. That means acquiring Cristiano Ronaldo (Man Utd) could be a smart move.
