Fiorentina Bidding for Consecutive UECL Finals When They Host Club Brugge

The Europa Conference League semi-finals have returned with Fiorentina playing hosts to Club Brugge in Florence this Thursday evening and Forebet is back for the latest trends, data, analysis and mathematics for these football predictions.

The Serie A side look to establish themselves as the the favorite to win the Europa Conference League this weekend with them falling narrowly short in winning the competition last season.

Nevertheless, despite the decent run of form lately and the hopes of getting to consecutive Europa Conference League finals, Fiorentina are way behind the European spots in the league now after losing 11 times in Serie A.

This sees the club with a gap of nine on Roma in fifth and a gap of seven on Atalanta in the Europa Conference League position of sixth.

As for Club Brugge, they are in electric form after seven wins in a row, which includes seven goals across two games against Genk in the past nine days, a 3-0 win over Antwerp, two wins in the Europa Conference League over PAOK in the quarter-finals, and wins over first-placed Anderlecht and Belgian Pro League champions, Union Saint-Gilloise.

Brugge are now level on points with Anderlecht in first place and have the best form right now in Belgium.

The club are also the highest scorers in Belgium this year with 78 goals scored from 36 games and have the best defensive record too with only 32 goals let in.
