The game of the weekend saw Sheffield United and Manchester United share the points in a six-goal thriller. Manchester City returned to winnings ways against Chelsea, while Liverpool and Leicester both won again. There was an important victory for Norwich at the other end of the table, while Spurs, Burnley, Wolves and Aston Villa all claimed three points. Here are the results from Round 13.

Jose Mourinho’s reign as Tottenham manager got off to a winning start in Saturday’s early kick-off. Son Heung-min, Lucas Moura and Harry Kane put spurs 3-0 up before the hour mark, but two late goals from West Ham made it a nervy ending at the London Stadium.
Arsenal needed a late Alexandre Lacazette goal to draw with Southampton. The French forward cancelled out Danny Ings’ strike earlier in the game, before James Ward-Prowse put the Saints ahead on 71 minutes. Lacazette leveled deep into added time.
Leicester’s winning streak continues as Brendan Rodger’s side overcame Brighton at the Amex. Ayoze Perez put the Foxes ahead on 64 minutes, before a late Jamie Vardy penalty sealed the victory for the visitors.
Struggling Watford were beaten 3-0 at home by Burnley. Goals from Chris Wood, Ashley Barnes and James Tarkowski ensured the Clarets moved up to seventh in the table. Watford move back to the bottom.
Roberto Firmino grabbed yet another late Liverpool winner as the Reds came out on top at Selhurst Park. Sadio Mane put Liverpool ahead just after half-time, but Wilfried Zaha must have thought he’d rescued a point for Palace on 82 minutes. However, Firmino scored three minutes later to keep Liverpool’s unbeaten record intact.
Joao Moutinho and Raul Jimenez got on the scoresheet for Wolves as Nuno Espirito Santo’s side got the better of Bournemouth. Simon Francis was sent off in the first half, while Steve Cook’s second-half goal wasn’t enough to spark a comeback for the Cherries.
Norwich moved off the bottom of the table as they beat fellow strugglers Everton. Todd Cantwell and Dennis Srbeny got the goals for the Canaries, who move to within four points of Marco Silva’s men.
Manchester City came from behind to beat Chelsea in Saturday’s late kick-off. N’Golo Kante gave the Blues the lead on 21 minutes, before goals from Kevin De Bruyne and Riyad Mahrez turned the game around for City before half-time.
Sheffield United and Manchester United played out a thrilling draw at Bramall Lane. John Fleck and Lys Mousset put the Blades 2-0 up, before goals from Brandon Williams, Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford gave Man Utd the lead in the space of seven minutes. Still, Oli McBurnie’s 90th minute strike rescued a point for the hosts after a lengthy VAR check.
Aston Villa ended a run of three straight defeats as they comfortably won at home against Newcastle. Conor Hourihane converted a brilliantly worked free-kick to open the scoring and Anwar El Ghazi scored four minutes later to seal the victory.
