This weekend should see another plot-twist as the top four are pitted against each other, which could mean by Monday we have a completely new title race landscape.
But before the main event kicks off on Sunday one of the stand-out ties of Saturday see the two North-East rivals Sunderland and Newcastle take on former title favourites Manchester United and Chelsea respectively.
Sunderland will hope to build on last weekend’s comeback against Liverpool and need to get their act together soon, as they still languish in 19th four points off safety.
The consistently inconsistent Newcastle will hope to produce a similar result at Chelsea to their visit to London earlier in the year when they beat Spurs 2-1 away at White Hart Lane. For this fixture goals seem a cert with two leaky defences and Forebet predicting over 2.5 goals.
Sunday starts with Leicester’s visit to the Emirates with a repeat of last weeks shock whipping of Man City sure to scare some anxiety into the title hopefuls Arsenal. Despite Leicester’s continued ability to surprise us, Arsenal are still valued at heavy favourites, so with Forebet favouring a draw and last week fresh in the memory betting against the Gunners could be a shrewd move.
Sunday’s late kick-off will see Pellegrini’s men look to get their title-bid back on track by silencing an impressive Spurs’ side that put them to the sword with a 4-1 victory at the Lane earlier in the season. This looks set to be a very close game with Man City at very good value for the home win in comparison to previous seasons.
