Leicester thrashed West Ham at the King Power Stadium to move eight points clear of fourth-place Chelsea and three behind Manchester City.
The Foxes dominated the early stages of the game and went ahead on 24 minutes when Harvey Barnes converted Ricardo Pereira’s cross.
Brendan Rodgers was then forced to make two substitutions in quick succession. Nampalys Mendy was replaced by the returning Wilfred Ndidi, before Kelechi Iheanacho came on for Jamie Vardy.
However, Barnes turned provider as he set up Pereira to give Leicester a two-goal lead just before half-time.
Hammers boss David Moyes made a double substitution of his own at the break, introducing Pablo Fornals and Michail Antonio at the expense of Robert Snodgrass and Arthur Masuaku.
West Ham started the second half in lively fashion and Mark Noble converted a penalty on 50 minutes to drag his team back into the contest.
But Leicester controlled the remainder of the match and a late brace from Ayoze Perez sealed a comfortable win for Rodger’s men.

Following back-to-back defeats, Leicester appeared to be back to their best and dominated West Ham in almost every department.
The Foxes enjoyed the lion’s share of the possession, while creating numerous goalscoring opportunities.
If Rodger’s side had been more clinical, the scoreline could’ve been a lot bigger. West Ham offered very little going forward and looked shaky at the back.
Harvey Barnes has now scored in consecutive Premier League games for the first time as a Leicester player – scoring one and assisting one in a confident performance.
The speedy winger also made four key passes in the game and remained a constant threat to Hammers right-back Pablo Zabaleta.
