On Friday night, Dundalk host Shamrock Rovers at Oriel Park, as the visitors look to continue their bright start to the Irish Premier Division campaign.

A 1-1 home draw against Derry City last time out means that Rovers are now 33 games unbeaten in the Irish Premier Division, a record that stretches back to 2019. However, the draw also ended a seven-game winning run in the Irish top-flight for the reigning champions.
Stephen Bradley’s team has been relatively prolific of late, scoring at least two goals in four of their last five Premier Division outings.
The visitors also have a strong recent away record in the league, as they are unbeaten in 16 matches on home soil, having recorded four straight away wins.
