Following a midweek Champions League victory over RB Leipzig, Liverpool will be looking to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they face Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux on Monday night.
Remarkably, Jurgen Klopp’s men have lost six of their last seven Premier League games, including each of their previous two.

Meanwhile, a run of one defeat in seven matches – three wins and three draws – has seen Wolves climb to twelfth in the table – eight points behind eighth-place Liverpool.
Wolves enjoyed a five-game unbeaten run in February, beating Arsenal, Southampton and Leeds along the way, as well as drawing with Leicester and Newcastle.
The Wanderers’ hot streak was brought to an end by a 4-1 loss to Manchester City earlier this month, but they bounced back with a goalless draw against rivals Aston Villa last time out.
Wolverhampton remain in the bottom half of the table, although they will soon climb into the top half if they keep on picking up positive results.
On the topic of positive results – Liverpool haven’t enjoyed many in recent times. In fact, the Reds have only managed to win three of their previous 14 league matches.
In that time, eight defeats and three draws have seen Klopp’s side plummet down the table, with seven points now between them and fourth-place Chelsea.
Despite their domestic woes, Liverpool made light work of RB Leipzig on Wednesday, advancing to the Champions League quarter-finals with a 4-0 aggregate win.
Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane scored both goals in both legs, although they have clearly struggled in the Premier League of late.
The Reds have only lost three of their last 17 away games in the league this season, but they have also lost each of their last five at Anfield.
Head-to-head: It is worth noting that Wolves have failed to beat Liverpool in the last 13 top-flight meetings between the teams.
Liverpool crushed Wolves 4-0 in the reverse fixture back in December, thanks to goals from Salah, Georginio Wijnaldum, Joel Matip, along with an own goal from Nelson Semedo.
Team news: Wolves have three players out injured at the moment, with Raul Jimenez, Fernando Marcal and Daniel Podence currently on the sidelines.
As we know, Liverpool are without several key players right now, with Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez and Jordan Henderson all out. Roberto Firmino is also a doubt for Monday’s clash.
Liverpool’s recent struggles have been well documented, meaning that Wolves are expected to get something from this game.
Forebet predicts that both teams will score. However, a low-scoring draw is looking like the most probable result at this stage.
