On Tuesday night, Greece host Bosnia-Herzegovina in a potentially crucial Group J of qualifying for the European Championships.

The hosts could still qualify for next years championships. However, it would take a number of results to go their way for them to make it to Euro 2020. In truth, they have endured a difficult campaign, picking up just five points from their seven qualifiers.

Greece have failed to win in their last six outings in Euro 2020 qualifying, suffering four defeats. Last time out, the home side suffered a 2-0 defeat in Italy. The defeat saw Greece fail to score for the third time in five qualifiers.

The home side even has a woeful home record when it comes to qualifying for the European Championships, as they have lost six of their last eight qualifiers on home soil while recording just one win in the process.

A less than stellar defensive record has not helped their chances of picking up home wins, as they have kept one clean in 11 qualifiers.

Bosnia-Herzegovina will still fancy their chances of qualifying for Euro 2020, as they are currently just two points outside of the automatic qualification spots with just three games remaining. A win in this clash would certainly boost their hopes of making next years tournament.

The visitors really have endured mixed fortunes in the qualification campaign so far. It has been a case of good home form and bad away form in Group J for the visitors.

The fact that Bosnia-Herzegovina have lost their last four qualifiers for the European Championships on their travels illustrates just how bad their away form has been. They have also conceded at two goals in each of their last six matches on their travels in qualifying.

This is a must-win game for Bosnia-Herzegovina if they are to have a chance of automatic qualification for Euro 2020. However, Forebet predicts that the visitors will be left frustrated, with this clash finishing in a low-scoring draw.
