Wolfsburg have made a promising start to the new Bundesliga campaign picking up seven points from a possible nine in the German top-flight.
The Wolves next assignment is on Friday, which sees them head to Fortuna Dusseldorf, who have endured a mixed start to their campaign.
Fortuna Dusseldorf made a bright start to their Bundesliga campaign by recording a 3-1 away win at Werder Bremen. However, it has all gone downhill for Fortuna since the opening day victory. They have lost their last two league games against Bayer Leverkusen and last time out Eintracht Frankfurt.
In fairness to the home side, Eintracht Frankfurt and Bayer Leverkusen are likely to be challenging for the European spots this season, so defeat against the pair is not the end of the world.

Fortuna are pretty solid on home soil in the Bundesliga. They have recorded seven home wins in 11 outings at the Merkur Spiel-Arena. The four other games resulted in defeats against RB Leipzig, Eintracht Frankfurt, Bayern Munich and of course the aforementioned loss to Bayer.
Once again, all those teams are of a high standard, so Fortuna should really test out the Wolves promising start to their campaign.
Wolfsburg kicked off their Bundesliga campaign with comfortable wins over Koln and Hertha Berlin. However, a 1-1 home draw with top-flight new boys Paderborn last time out rather dented their momentum.
However, despite the draw in their last outing new boss, Olivier Glasner will be pleased with how the team has kicked off his reign.
Dutch striker Wout Weghorst enjoyed a prolific campaign last season for the visitors. It looks like the 27-year-old is continuing where he left off in the previous campaign by scoring two goals in his first three appearances in the Bundesliga.
The Wolves are unbeaten in four meetings with Fortuna, having won three of the last four meetings. Forebet is predicting that the good run will continue with the visitors recording a high-scoring victory.
