Elfsborg may be eighth-place in the table, but their league form has been inconsistent this season. The fact that the visitors have picked up just 17 points from their 12 league outings illustrates their inconsistency.
That unconvincing form is born out in the fact Elfsborg have won just once in six league outings, having failed to win in their last three games. Their recent league form is encouraging for the home side.
