Nice come into the game on the back of a 3-2 win at Montpellier last weekend in Ligue 1. It was Montpellier who opened the scoring and they doubled their lead in the 17th minute.
Nice stepped things up in the second half to produce a tremendous comeback and having got a goal back in the 53rd minute they scored twice in the space of 4 minutes to seal a good win.
The victory at Montpellier means Nice are undefeated in 4 of their last 5 fixtures, all of which have been played in Ligue 1. In addition to the win at Montpellier, there have been wins at Troyes and at home against Rennes. Nice picked up a point in a 0-0 draw at home with Toulouse but lost 2-0 at Strasbourg.
