Two sides at the opposite ends of the spectrum in La Liga will clash this Sunday as Cadiz play hosts to Atletico Madrid at the Estadio Carranza in what is a vital game for both sides now as they aim to keep up their respective hopes for this season.
Atletico are once again battling it out for the league title and as the holders of the competition now, it’s fair to say that they have not put up a great defence of their trophy thus far as they now trail Real Madrid by four points and are yet to sit comfortably at the top after 13 games.

Moreover, this four-point gap has increased only in the past few weeks and by this rate, Real may end up pulling away from other competitors unless they can start to rack up a bit of consistency.
What’s more, Diego Simeone’s men have also seen their fortunes in the Champions League drastically change and as of now, they are potentially heading out of the competition in the final game of the group stages following a home defeat to AC Milan.
