A relegation scrap takes place in the Bundesliga this weekend as two of the most out-of-form sides in the league meet for what is perhaps the biggest game of the weekend in the division and most definitely the most important in their respective seasons.
As of now Augsburg sit just outside of the drop zone by a mere point, while Arminia Bielefeld are sitting in the relegation play-off spot as they are without a win and are yet to find any sort of momentum in their second season back in the top flight.

Augsburg do, however, have a win of their own as they managed to beat Borussia Monchengladbach thanks to a late goal from Florian Niederlechner in the 80th minute.
As expected, they were dominated in that game as they saw just 28% of the ball, but considering Gladbach continued to misfire with all 11 of their shots missing the target, it took just one effort for Augsburg to take all three points.
This win moved them out of the drop zone and got their first three points on the board, having only drawn two other games, where they held both Union Berlin and Eintracht Frankfurt to a 0-0 draw, which is relatively impressive as both sit many positions above them in the Bundesliga.
More worryingly for Augsburg, however, is how many goals they have managed to ship despite narrowly losing to Borussia Dortmund in their most recent clash.
Markus Weinzierl’s side have let in an almighty 13 goals so far, meaning only Hertha Berlin, Greuther Furth and Vfl Bochum have conceded more.
In fact, on top of this, what will concern the Augsburg faithful even more heading into this must-win clash is how they have scored just three goals in seven games so far, which is a league low, surpassing that of Bielefeld’s four.
This has meant they have gone many games without a goal here, but considering Bielefeld are yet to win a game, now is a great chance for them to notch a few of their own.
As for the away side, they have also let in 16 goals and having lost to Bayer Leverkusen 4-0 in their most recent clash, it's hard to see how they get a win on the board here and Augsburg should get the job done.
Forebet predicts a win for Fuggerstädter here and for Bielefeld’s misery to continue, as it is expected for there to be under 2.5 goals in this clash.
