West Brom currently sit top of the Championship table following relegation from the Premier League last season. The Baggies are unbeaten so far in the second tier, picking four wins and two draws under new head coach Valerien Ismael.
Last time out the team from the Midlands drew 1-1 at the Hawthorns against Millwall. The draw ended a four-game winning run in the English second tier.
Their most recent games in the Championship have been relatively high-scoring, with over 2.5 goals scored in six of their last eight matches in the second tier dating back to last season.
West Brom also have a strong home record dating back to their last spell in the Championship, as they are unbeaten in eight league matches at the Hawthorns.
Derby Counter endured a difficult summer, in which head coach Wayne Rooney has had to cobble together a squad of players after a transfer embargo.
Understandably, the Rams have struggled for victories in the second tier this season, picking up just one win in their six Championship outings. Their recent matches in the league have been relatively tight affairs, with under 2.5 goals scored in their last four outings in the second tier.
Derby have struggled on their travels in the Championship in recent seasons, as County have lost ten of their last 12 away matches in the English second tier. That includes seven of their last eight away games in the league.
Forebet predicts that West Brom will strengthen their position at the top of the Championship table by recording a victory in a low-scoring encounter.
