Sheffield United have found life back in the Championship tough this season after relegation from the relegation last term.
However, the Blades have shown signs of improvement in recent games as the Blades host Preston at Bramall Lane on Tuesday night.

After failing to win any of their opening four league matches in the Championship, Slavisa Jokanovic’s team have picked up four points from their last two outings in the second tier. A draw at Luton Town was followed by a 6-2 home win over Peterborough last time out.
The victory was needed, as the Yorkshire outfit had scored just once in their previous five league outings.
Even in victory though, the home side looked defensively vulnerable, as they have now conceded at least two goals in three of their last four matches.
The win over Peterborough ended a two-game losing streak on home soil in the Championship for the Blades this season.
Like the home team, Preston made a poor start to their Championship campaign. However, Frank McAvoy’s team are now unbeaten in the second tier in three league outings, having picked up seven points in the process. A goalless draw against Bristol City ended a short two-game winning run for North End in the Championship.
The visitor's recent Championship outings have been relatively low-scoring, as three of Preston’s last four matches in the English second tier have produced under 2.5 goals.
Despite their recent results improving, the Lilywhite’s are winless in three away matches in the Championship, having picked up a draw and suffered two defeats. The visitors have failed to score in their last two away games in the second tier.
Forebet predicts that Sheffield United will be the team to continue their recent improvement by recording a win in a high-scoring encounter.
