On Tuesday night, Sud America and Progreso go head-to-head at the Estadio Carlos Angel Fossa in the Uruguayan Primera Division, as both teams attempt to revive their seasons.
IA Sud America are 13th place in the Uruguayan top-flight after picking up just seven points from as many league games this season.

A recent poor run of form is disappointing, as the home team won their opening two matches in the Primera Division. However, a 2-1 defeat at Cerro Largo last time out means that Claudio Biaggio’s team has failed to win in five league outings, having suffered four defeats in the process.
Poor defensive displays have been at the heart of the problem for the home side, as they have now conceded two or more goals in their last three Primera Division outings.
Sud America have to improve their home form if they are to move up the table, as they have won just four of their last 17 league matches on home soil.
CA Progreso have made a poor start to their league campaign with just four points taken from their seven Primera Division outings so far. They find themselves just a point off the bottom of the table in 14th place in the table.
Not only have the visitors not won in their seven league matches this season, but they have failed to win in their previous nine games in the Primera Division dating back to last season. The fact that Progreso have scored just three times in the league campaign has certainly not helped their cause.
The visitors have also struggled on their travels in the Uruguayan top-flight of late, failing to win any of their previous five away matches in the Primera Division.
Forebet predicts that this clash will end in a low-scoring draw to continue both teams underwhelming starts to both team’s league campaigns.
