The Merseyside derby obviously takes centre stage in the Premier League this weekend, although there are plenty of other exciting matchups to look forward to.
Along with Everton, Aston Villa will be aiming to maintain their 100% record this term when they visit Leicester. Villa have kept two clean sheets this season, while the Foxes are the joint-top scorers.
Sheffield United, Burnley and Fulham are still yet to pick up a point, with the former only managing to score one goal in their opening four games.
Emi Martinez (Aston Villa) remains the highest-scoring goalkeeper, having kept two clean sheets and saved a penalty in the opening three games this season.
With low-scoring Fulham heading to Bramall Lane this weekend, Cottagers ‘keeper Alphonse Areola could be in line for his first clean sheet of the campaign.
Burnley have also struggled to hit the target this term, so Sam Johnstone (West Brom) will be confident of keeping his first shutout when Sean Dyche’s side visit the Hawthorns.
None of the so-called “Big Six” have impressed defensively so far this season, so it could be worth steering clear of some of the most expensive goalkeepers in the game this week.
Tyrone Mings and Ezri Konsa (Aston Villa) have both been immense this term, despite conceding a couple of goals in Villa’s remarkable 7-2 crushing of Liverpool.

Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa) scored a hat-trick against Liverpool on Matchday 4, and he comes up against a Leicester side that let in three goals against West Ham last time out.
